Back massage

Seated, fully clothed, deeply relaxing back, shoulder, arm and head treatment, incorporating Chinese & Japanese acupressure and massage techniques. Duration: 40 mins

Daoyin Tao

Chinese shoulder, neck, face and scalp massage treatment, incorporating acupressure work on meridians. As well as treating physical conditions of the upper body. Daoyin Tao has a deeper, energetic effect, working on stress, anxiety and emotional conditions. A powerful & deeply claming experience. Duration: 45 mins

Hot Lava Shell Massage

‘The new Hot Stones’ (Vogue). Experience the warmth of the tropics with a heated massage using recycled self-heating Tiger Clam Shells from the South Pacific. This is an intensive, deep, stress-busting treatment,  releasing aches and pains as these marine polished sea shells glide smoothly over the back, and with their soothing heat. In addition, they are perfect for men or women that want deep tissue work, as they help soften and release muscle tension whilst working deeply on specific problem areas. This treatment leaves you feeling rejuvenated and deeply comforted.

Duration: From 30mins to 1.5 hours (can apply the massage to specific areas of the body, depending on the client, or give a full body massage, except for the face).

Ear Candling

Typicall treats conditions of the respiratory system and upper body, including sinusitis, hayfever, headaches and ear conditions. Our Ear Candling treatment is also a soothing, calming experience. Includes a full facial massage to complete the treatment. Duration: 50mins.

Includes cleanse, tone, mask, facial scrub, nourishing healing oils, hot towel treatment and  Sangoma’s rejuvenating acupressure massage. Duration: 1 hour

Revitalising Foot Treatment

A holistic foot and lower leg treatment to rejuventate tired and aching feet. After using a rose foot soak, turmeric scrub and warmed coconut & vanilla balm, the feet are encased in warm mitts and treated with healing anti-inflammatory essential oils, a deep acupressure foot massage and the healing effects of a Hot Lava Shells from the South Pacific. Duration: 1 hour
